The hotel staff (and gifts) made us feel very welcome. The design was luxurious, we had everything we needed after a long day of trekking and the breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland!

A true Gem!We have just enjoyed the most wonderful stay at the Hotel Victoria. Franziska, Simon and the entire hotel team made us feel so welcome. Our room was super comfortable, everything fresh, modern and squeaky clean. The little extra touches were a delight and certainly not the norm in the other hotels we stayed. You can honestly feel the sense of pride and attention to detail, it is reflected in every aspect.The the breakfast buffet is sumptuous and abundant and we enjoyed our fine dining experience. The food and flavors rate up there with our top meals in recent memory.We can honestly say that this has been the best hotel we have stayed at on our European trip. What a pleasure to find a family run hotel - so personal.The hotel is also conveniently close to the station and a perfect launching pad to experience true small town Swiss culture and acess the other local attractions.Thank you for such a memorable stay!

I’ve been here for three times already, mostly in Winter. The hotel is perfectly located in Meiringen and close to the ski gondle. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and spacious. It’s a very familiar hotel and you can tell that the hosts, Simon and Franziska Anderegg, have a passion for what they do. There’s a love to details, an excellent cuisine since ever, great service overall. You feel at home outside home for a couple of days. You can come with friends, as a couple or a family. It will suit everyone. I would really recommend it.
